This is a german chocolate cake with coconut pecan frosting and filling under the fondant. The fondant is white chocolate flavored. The fondant was dyed each color on the cake and cut out to shape the letters in MOM. The flowers are also fondant and are hand made and dyed. The leaves and edging are fondant stuck to the cake. The flowers are edible but are stuck in with toothpicks to hold them there. The flowers were also dusted with edible pearl dust.
