This is a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and filling under the fondant. The cards on top, the green, black and card shapes on side were all hand colored, crafted and cut out. The four things in front and the 3 card sets in back are not edible. Everything on the cake is edible and the fondant is white chocolate flavored.
