This is a chocolate cake with flavored fondant colored pink and black. We colored the fondant and edged the cake with a ribbon design. We also added the polka dots and stars (hand cut). The 21 was also cut out. The cake is a milk chocolate cake with milk chocolate filling and frosting under the fondant.
